This mysterious universal fluid that supports all plant and animal life-forms and can be in any state, solid, ice, liquid, water, and gas steam/vapour is so precious we take it for granted. When we are born we are 90% water,  this is why babies are very soft and supple, we are mainly water. When our bodies die in our so called elderly years 60, 70 80's etc, we are down to a low of 50% water! This simple fact shows us we are seriously dehydrated.
